about

This follows a couple of threads in the album: how isolation during COVID changed a lot of people and also how children evolve and change. The Chrysalis is us inside our cocoons (our houses) from which we eventually emerge as beautiful butterflies, or it's a baby as she moves from childhood innocence to awareness. I like the idea of energy and movement on the journey to get to the emergence, so the tune is driving and energetic!
